Coach
Coaching is not something new for Troy Dailey.
Troy has spent the better part of his 18 year career in Leadership or Leadership Support roles. For the last ten years, he was employed by BP Products, North America in various HR and Management roles.
During his dynamic career, Troy has found a true passion for Coaching. He actively sought the means to develop and hone his expertise across a number of Coaching models and methods. He put that expertise to work on a number projects including the development and implementation of an internal Coaching Model for BP's Retail Management network in the United States. He was also called upon to be part of a Change Management team that implemented a national process improvement program.
Regardless of his role, Troy was known for, and remained, a staunch champion of Coaching as the preferred model for effective Performance Improvement, Retention and Career Guidance within his organization throughout his career.
Facilitator
Troy quickly discovered that Coaching and Facilitation often intertwined throughout his career. As a Faciltator, Troy worked on all aspects of Training Delivery from curriculum design to facilitation of modules for both internal and external clients. A DDI and DiSC-certified Facilitator, Troy's unique blend of energetic presence, his focus on the goals of the curriculum and his intuitive ability to "read the crowd" made him highly sought after for presentations, even when his role wasn't in "Training."
Entrepreneur
Throughout his career, Troy has always dreamed of building his own Coaching and Facilitation organization. In the summer of 2006, Troy seized the opportunity when it was presented and relocated to his hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana to realize his dream.
Armed with the knowledge and expertise gained from 18 years of experience and driven by his passion to help others realize their own dreams and goals, Applied Intuitive, Inc. was born.
